The AweSnapp Art Awards presents the Botanical online competition, open to artists worldwide, ages 18 and up. This competition invites submissions of artwork inspired by plants and flora, across all visual mediums except video and sound. The 1st Place winner will win free entry in to the Annual Artist award, have their artwork featured on the 2025 Winners page, social media promotion and will receive a certificate of achievement.

The residency program is self directed, multi-disciplinary and open to most creative directions. The purpose of the program is to provide emerging and established creatives from all fields an opportunity to focus on their work in an environment well equipped for experimentation and the production of artistic output.

The Sarah Spurgeon Gallery at Central Washington University, located in Ellensburg, Washington, will host the INTERSTATE juried exhibit. Proceeds from this national exhibition will support student scholarships in the CWU Department of Art + Design. The subtitle, “where I-90 meets I-82” locates the exhibition in Ellensburg, Washington, and suggests the flow and exchange of artwork across geographic distances and boundaries. The City of Orlando invites digital artists to submit animated or computer-generated motion-based artwork for display at Art2 Pocket Park — a vibrant new urban space at the corner of Robinson and Orange. The City of Kansas City, Missouri One Percent for Art program seeks qualifications for a professional visual artist or artist team to design, fabricate, and install permanent wall-based public art for a new city parking garage in the 18th & Vine district. Two to 5 semifinalist artists will be asked to advance to the RFP phase and propose designs. Semifinalists will be paid a design proposal stipend of $2,775.

From June 1 to September 1, 2025, the call for entries is open for the third edition (2025) of the KBr Photo Award, the international competition organized every two years by the Foundation. This Queer Animation night aims to celebrate and empower queer voices and artists through animation, showcasing films that create awareness, highlight joy & community and inspire advocacy. As the first disability service in the Central Desert, Bindi has been providing supported employment, training, and community services since 1978. Our mission is to empower people with disabilities through meaningful creative and professional opportunities. Submissions are now open for this year’s Bindi Digital Art Prize, a national, all-abilities award that celebrates excellence in digital media. Denver Public Art seeks to commission an artist or artist team to create original public artwork(s) for along the High Line Canal Trail, in the University Hills neighborhood of Denver. The Ian Parry Photojournalism Grant is an international photographic competition for young photographers who are 24 years of age or under, or anyone who is studying in a full-time photographic course. Entrants must submit a portfolio of 12 images and a clear proposal of a project they would undertake if they received the grant.

The Australian Ceramics Association (TACA), in partnership with Manly Art Gallery & Museum (MAG&M), invites expressions of interest from Australian-based curators to guest curate the TACA members’ exhibition at MAG&M in Sydney in April 2027. This is a national call-out, curators around the country are encouraged to apply. The successful curator will work (independently on a contract basis) to develop the exhibition in consultation with a TACA Board representative, TACA’s Chief Executive Officer, and MAG&M Senior Curator and Gallery Director. The Guest Curator will advise and liaise on all aspects of the project, including exhibition title, exhibition rationale, exhibition design, artist call-out, selection of artists (with MAG&M & TACA), and publicity. The Guest Curator will write a catalogue essay and give a public talk to support the exhibition. The 3rd Trades Hall Arts Prize is now open for entries – opening night 1st October. The Trades Hall Art Prize seeks to support the arts, workers, arts-workers, art by workers and art about working life. An annual Arts Prize, hosted in Paddy’s Gallery. The City of Henderson is calling on all artists to design and create a large-scale mural on the wall of the Oceanside Apartments on Water Street. This project is an artist residency wherein the selected artist/artist team will be housed at the mural site in a furnished, two-bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment while the piece is created. The City of Henderson and the apartment’s owner/manager are seeking submissions that consider the past, present, and future of downtown Henderson to create a unique and iconic piece that welcomes everyone to the Water Street District.

Contemporary artists working accross disciplines, artist groups or curators can apply to exhibit or curate an exhibition at Sauerbier House in one or more of three very distinct gallery spaces. Whilst exhibiting, artists/ curators are requested to facilitate the opportunity for visitors to deepen their understanding of the work, the processes, concept, or practice of represented artists. These supported exhibitions run for up to six weeks. A support fee of $400 is available to be paid per exhibition. Extra support will be given to host a skill sharing workshop.
