De Ateliers is an artists’ institute open to talented artists at the beginning of their professional career. It offers a two-year studio and tutoring program that is best tailored to the needs of artists who wish to strengthen their artistic foundation, develop their ideas and deepen their practice in a focused, critical environment among peers from all around the globe.
Each De Ateliers participant receives a yearly stipend. The stipend is financed by the Ateliers Support Fund and the Ministry of Education, Culture and Science.

Works must be shipped ready for installation. All 2-D works must have hangers or be wired for hanging. Plexiglass must be used instead of glass in framing. Sedona Arts Center turns 65 this year. In honor of this milestone occasion, we are centering the themes of our exhibits and events around our history. Every exhibit this year connects to our history in some way.
Ceramics and ceramics education has been a cornerstone of the Sedona Arts Center since it was founded, 65 years ago. The Arts Center has educated and developed so many ceramicists over the years that we couldn’t let this year pass without celebrating ceramics contribution to the arts in Arizona as well as noteworthy Arizona artists who are mastering the medium and educating the next generation of ceramicists today. This juried exhibition will feature notable ceramicists from throughout Arizona, and is open only to Arizona artists.
On behalf of Sedona Arts Center, we would like to invite you to participate in this historical exhibit: Celebrating 65 Years in Ceramics. The exhibit will be held in the Special Exhibitions Gallery at Sedona Arts Center from April 3-26, 2024.
The People’s Choice Award will be awarded at the end of the exhibit with a cash prize of $1,000.

In 2020, the Larson Gallery built a new facility with an adjoining wine-tasting room with wine produced by Yakima Valley College students. Northglenn Arts is conducting an open entry competition to select six sculptures ─ valued at no more than $35,000 each ─ to be part of Northglenn’s “Art on Parade” on-loan sculpture program. The selected pieces will be installed for a period of one year at E.B. Rains Jr. Memorial Park surrounding Webster Lake in Northglenn, Colorado.
Each of the six finalists will receive a $1,000 honorarium to help offset their expenses. In addition, $1,000 will be awarded to the artist who is the recipient of the annual “People’s Choice Award.” Artists will receive substantial recognition and opportunity to sell; therefore, all pieces must be for sale. The placement of selected pieces will begin in May, 2024 and will be on display until May, 2025.

The stamp proceeds will be used for habitat restoration projects on public land. Artwork must be done on paper, canvas, or panel, and the design must measure exactly 18 inches wide by 13 inches tall. Consider the amount of detail to include in the artwork based on the finished stamp size of 1.75" x 1.5".

Center for the Arts Evergreen invites artists to submit sculptures to our 25th annual rotating Sculpture Walk of public art in Evergreen, Colorado, located in the foothills west of Denver. This is a juried exhibition of up to 16 large sculptures. Sculptures must be suitable for OUTDOOR INSTALLATION and must stand a minimum of 4 feet tall. Sculptures should be designed and fabricated to withstand wind gusts of up to 75 mph, which are common in Evergreen. Due to the nature of our sites, many require larger sculptures, and pieces standing between 4-12 feet in height have the best chance of being chosen. Sculptures will be on display for 1 year. The sculptures will be listed as available for purchase in our published brochure and on our website.

The Town of Carbondale, CO Public Art Commission is seeking 15 outdoor street sculptures for the annual rotating "Art Around Town" show. A change in the program this year will allow one artist to potentially secure the opportunity to display up to four original sculptures with a $1,000 honorarium per sculpture awarded. A $250 travel allowance for out-of-town artists will also be awarded.
This highly recognized and esteemed show is located in downtown Carbondale on Main St. and the Rio Grande Trail. Carbondale is located 30 miles from Aspen and draws in a diverse local and international community for art appreciation, as well as being included in a Creative Arts District. The Public Art Commission assists in the marketing and sales of the sculptures to enhance the possibility of an artist commission. An Artist Reception and Community Art Walk takes place on June 6, 2024, and offers every artist an opportunity to market and speak about their sculpture.

Salem Art Works call for Young & Studio Artists is open now until Monday, February 5th at 11:59 EST.
The programs offer emerging artists a 30-hour work-trade during two sessions, June-July and August-September. The Young Artist program invites artists working in any media to participate in a general work-trade helping with the day-to-day operations. The Studio Artist program invites artists working in glass, blacksmithing, foundry, and welding to assist a shop director in a specific studio. All artists will be responsible for preparing meals and helping to clean up after themselves. Artists will have the opportunity to exhibit their work at the end of the residency and are asked to donate one item to SAW's end-of-year auction. SAW will provide a paid opportunity to offer workshops during or post-residency for artists with prior experience to help offset the cost of the residency.

Glass and metal - two hard substances that require skill, precision, and heat to be transformed. Whether formed into a functional piece, a non-functional work of art, or a combination of the two these materials need to be brought to a molten state for the artist or craftsperson to realize their vision.
Entries for Molten must be works made of handmade glass or metal where heat is used in the creation of the piece. At least 80% of the materials used in the piece(s) included in the submission must be glass and/or metal.
Artists are invited to submit original artwork for the Molten exhibit at the Kavanagh Gallery of Fine Line Creative Arts Center, St. Charles, Illinois.
The Fine Line Creative Arts Center is located in the Fox River Valley, approximately one hour west of Chicago, Illinois. The show will run from March 21 – May 2, 2024, and is open to artists 18 and older who reside in the United States.

Works on Paper - Make your Mark
With paper as support, the artist leaves a mark. From that simple premise the world opens up. How the artist perceives printmaking today is explored in this juried exhibition celebrating the Month of Printmaking. From tried-and-true traditional techniques to a widening array of new technologies, printmakers are encouraged to trust their insights using approaches and skills that enable their imagery to emerge on the surface. All print techniques and types of paper and paper like substrates, ranging from traditional to experimental and digital are allowed (except giclee reproductions).
Juror: Mami Yamamoto, born and raised in Japan has been living in the US since 1985. Her direction in printmaking started in 2014 and she has been producing monotypes and monoprints ever since. She has exhibited throughout Colorado including at Space Gallery, the Arvada Center, RedLine Contemporary Art Center and the Cherry Creek Art Festival.

Blue Space Gallery - "Into the Dark", an international competition and virtual exhibition. Artists of all ages from around the world are invited to participate, with complete freedom in choosing their medium and style. Submissions should revolve around the central theme of "Into the Dark”. Entry is free; only those artists whose submissions are chosen as finalists will be required to pay a $35 participation fee. Finalists will have their artwork showcased in the online exhibition and will advance to the final jurying round in consideration for cash prizes and the opportunity to win the grand prize of $1,000. Pottery night out classes are a totally unique date night experience in Mendocino! Bring your partner, your bestie, your BAE, or whomever to create pottery and memories that will last a lifetime. Whether you are a beginner at the wheel or just brushing up on techniques, these fun and laid back classes are designed to meet you at your level. Students are welcome to bring their own beverages (adult or otherwise) to enjoy during our Pottery Night Out Classes. Ages 18+
Participants will receive pottery wheel demonstrations and plenty of one-on-one instruction to learn the basics of wheel throwing. Each person can select their favorite creation to have fired in a glaze color of their choice. Glazed pieces will be ready for pickup in 3-4 weeks. If you are out of the area, we will pack and ship the finished pieces to you. (Shipping cost is not included.)
Please arrive on time as class starts promptly at 6:30 PM . Students are welcome to bring their own beverages (adult or otherwise) to enjoy during our Pottery Night Out Classes. Aprons, towels and all other materials will be provided, so just dress comfortably and get ready to have some fun on the pottery wheel.

The 37th Annual McNeese National Works on Paper Exhibition will be juried by Graham C. Boettcher, R. Hugh Daniel Director and CEO of the Birmingham Museum of Art.
$3,000 is available for purchase awards. The awards will become part of the McNeese’s Works on Paper Permanent Collection.
Eligible for entry are works in any medium that is on or of paper. The artwork, including frame, should not exceed 40 inches in any dimension.
A non-refundable entry fee of $35 is charged each entrant. This fee entitles the artist a maximum of three entries. The deadline for entry is February 9, 2024. Entries are submitted using the CaFÉ™ website https://www.callforentry.org/

Since its founding in 1907, MacDowell has imbued its spaces with a deep and abiding respect for artists and their creative work. In the 21st century, this fundamental kindness is sustained by the curiosity, generosity, and goodwill circulating within the resident community.
While MacDowell may be thought of as a place apart from the world, the resident population will always be comprised of individuals who are of the world. MacDowell strives to offer ideal working conditions for artists within a joyful and mutually supportive environment. Consistent with that mission, all Fellows are obliged to adopt the community agreement as a condition of accepting a Fellowship. Doing so will help ensure that all Fellows may participate in the enriching exchange that has given rise to countless friendships and collaborations.
