One of the notable things about accepting mental illness and neurodiversity as part of your life is the door it opens onto new possibilities. I find rapid visual movements and certain combinations of movement and sounds over-stimulating. I often have to close my eyes or look away while speaking to someone due to this. But in the genesis of the 'Aqua Metallica' series the same sensory 'over' stimulation while looking at bubbling water in a sink led to some magic.

In this variation a Brazilian vibe emerged and huge energy in the contrast between yellow and green and the sharply defined framing shapes around the more organic central form.
