Le Moulin de la Barde is an independent, artist-run residency nestled in a restored 11th-century watermill in the heart of the Périgord Noir, France. Their Fall 2025 program invites artists from all disciplines to immerse themselves in a landscape of deep history, natural beauty, and creative calm. The residency is self-directed and non-prescriptive, offering time and space for research, experimentation, or production. Artists are encouraged to slow down, engage with the unique rhythm of the place, and explore personal or site-responsive work. While the program is primarily focused on individual practice, they welcome exchanges between residents and offer optional opportunities for artist talks or open studio events.

Creative Alliance Manitou Springs (CRANE) is selecting an artist to design and produce a monumental sculpture at 134 Manitou Avenue in Manitou Springs. CRANE exists to elevate creatives and support artistic and economic vitality in Manitou Springs. Funding has generously been provided by the Manitou Springs Urban Renewal Authority (MSURA). Installation expected in 2026.

The City of Ocala Cultural Arts invites artists to submit existing sculptures for the 8th Biennial Ocala Outdoor Sculpture Competition. This outdoor exhibition offers established and emerging sculptors, residing in the United States an opportunity to display their work at Tuscawilla Park and Art Park in Ocala, Florida. Up to ten works will be selected for display from January 2026 to January 2028.

Presenting Art Collide’s "Open Theme”, Fall 2025, international competition and online exhibition. Bayside City Council is now seeking high quality applications from people active in the arts sector, including artists, writers, composers, filmmakers, sculptors, performers, designers etc. to apply for the Billilla Artists Studio Program. The Program offers free studio space to artists from Victoria and Bayside. The program supports artists from diverse practices and across career stages. These spaces are particularly necessary in places where queer people continue to experience invisibility, marginalisation or discrimination - especially in rural or structurally disadvantaged regions.The call for entries invites queer people to photographically depict their perspectives, experiences and realities of life - from political protest to personal everyday moments.

The Australian Ceramics Association (TACA), in partnership with Manly Art Gallery & Museum (MAG&M), invites expressions of interest from Australian-based curators to guest curate the TACA members’ exhibition at MAG&M in Sydney in April 2027. This is a national call-out, curators around the country are encouraged to apply. The successful curator will work (independently on a contract basis) to develop the exhibition in consultation with a TACA Board representative, TACA’s Chief Executive Officer, and MAG&M Senior Curator and Gallery Director. The Guest Curator will advise and liaise on all aspects of the project, including exhibition title, exhibition rationale, exhibition design, artist call-out, selection of artists (with MAG&M & TACA), and publicity. The Guest Curator will write a catalogue essay and give a public talk to support the exhibition. The project period for the Guest Curator will extend through 20 months, from October 2025 to May 2027.

As part of the Seine River development and the city's cultural policy, the city of Melun encourages the installation of large-scale sculptures on themes related to Melun's heritage. This year, they are asking an artist or collective of artists to propose a 3-meter-tall heron made of recycled wood. The artist(s), in partnership with the SMITOM, will be required to offer five educational workshops to a school audience during their time there.

Chrissie Cotter Gallery (CCG) was established in 1996 as a space for local artists and groups to share their work with the community. Artists and makers are invited to apply for AA2A residencies at universities across England. These opportunities provide access to workshops, facilities, professional support, and the chance to develop, create, and exhibit new work over the academic year. Open to early, mid, and late-career creatives working across a diverse range of traditional, contemporary, and emerging art forms. Artists from outside England are not explicitly excluded, but AA2A works best for artists living near their college/university. The City of Kansas City, Missouri One Percent for Art program seeks qualifications for a professional visual artist or artist team to design, fabricate, and install permanent wall-based public art for a new city parking garage in the 18th & Vine district. Two to 5 semifinalist artists will be asked to advance to the RFP phase and propose designs. Semifinalists will be paid a design proposal stipend of $2,775.

The Ian Parry Photojournalism Grant is an international photographic competition for young photographers who are 24 years of age or under, or anyone who is studying in a full-time photographic course. Entrants must submit a portfolio of 12 images and a clear proposal of a project they would undertake if they received the grant.

Denver Public Art seeks to commission an artist or artist team to create original public artwork(s) for along the High Line Canal Trail, in the University Hills neighborhood of Denver. The goal of the project is to commission artwork that activates the trail, celebrates the neighborhood’s history and future, and engages users with a sense of motion and connectivity.

This Queer Animation night aims to celebrate and empower queer voices and artists through animation, showcasing films that create awareness, highlight joy & community and inspire advocacy. They will have a panel discussion after the screening about your films. You are totally welcome to opt out, just make sure you indicate that when submitting in the form. All films submitted should be 15 minutes max and no minimum. They will be played similar to a film festival shorts block.

The City of Orlando invites digital artists to submit animated or computer-generated motion-based artwork for display at Art2 Pocket Park — a vibrant new urban space at the corner of Robinson and Orange. They are seeking 3–6 artists whose work explores digital movement, animation, or computer-generated imagery. Selected works will be showcased on a large outdoor screen as part of a 3-month exhibition.

The 3rd Trades Hall Arts Prize is now open for entries – opening night 1st October. The Trades Hall Art Prize seeks to support the arts, workers, arts-workers, art by workers and art about working life. An annual Arts Prize, hosted in Paddy’s Gallery. This prize is intended to support artists as workers and to appropriately compensate artists of all experience levels and backgrounds – you don’t have to be a full-time artist to enter. Art is for everyone.

From June 1 to September 1, 2025, the call for entries is open for the third edition (2025) of the KBr Photo Award, the international competition organized every two years by the Foundation. This award seeks to recognize and highlight photographers with an established professional career whose work demonstrates artistic values of particular interest within the tradition of documentary photography.

The prize, which is awarded to unpublished projects, seeks to acknowledge and promote the work of the winner through a cash prize, an exhibition showcasing the project in the Foundation’s two galleries (KBr and Madrid), and the publication of an accompanying catalog.
