Sculpture Missoula announces a call for five sculptures for the inaugural opening of a sculpture garden in Missoula’s most beloved and picturesque park. (Five sculptures will be chosen for exhibition in 2025, with another five in 2026.) This program invites artists to exhibit their work for a 2-year period. The 15-acre park in the heart of Missoula is situated on the banks of the Clark Fork River adjacent to downtown, and offers a variety of recreational activities, including hiking and biking trails, picnic shelters, a boat ramp, parking, accessible public restrooms, and scenic views. Sculpture will be placed along the meandering paths of the park that is linked to the city’s trail system and easily accessed by visitors to Missoula and the city’s neighborhoods.

The McMillen Artist Community (MAC) Reverse Scholarship Program is designed to award competitive grants to support artistic excellence in the visual arts for artists living and working in Washington State. The program recognizes creative talent and community impact and provides an opportunity for debt relief so that artists can achieve specific and creative career and life goals. A subset of Telluride Arts’ Artist Grants [TAAGs] program, Flash Grants operate on a quarterly basis, awarding five $250 grants per cycle. These grants are designed and awarded for artistic endeavours that are smaller in scale, provide clear community benefit and require limited monetary support towards project initiation, sustainment or completion. As with all TAAGs, community benefit is at the heart of the program and must be clearly outlined in the application.

Art Ave began as an initiative of the Daybreak Arts Council in 2019 and is a yearly rotating outdoor public art display. Artwork of all sizes may be submitted, and artists at any experience level are encouraged to apply. As part of this program, the community is invited to come see the artwork at an annual Art Stroll event and throughout the year. Artists whose pieces have been selected for the program are invited and encouraged to attend the Art Stroll event. Artists are given the opportunity to speak to the community about their artwork, artistic process, inspiration, and experiences.

The position of Artist in Residence is available as a one-year assignment for a working artist in any medium. The successful applicant will have access to studio space and use of the facilities within the Art Department. The post holder is expected to contribute to curriculum and co-curricular Art, as well as the community work that takes place within their purpose-built gallery. The Artist will be engaged on a self-employed basis for an average of 3 days per week. However, the position is flexible and may evolve through the course of the residency.

Glasgow International is a biennial festival with a history of celebrating the unique depth and long-standing vibrancy of Glasgow's contemporary arts scene. Tulsa Artist Fellowship is a place-based, durational award that aims to support visionary arts practitioners. By reconsidering borders—both conceptual and physical—they hope this award will serve as a catalyst for new artistic expressions that extend beyond personal and geographical boundaries. Currently seeking 2025 Visiting Artists! Sloss Furnaces Foundation hosts three, 8-week Visiting Artists throughout the year, typically in the Summer (June-Aug) and Fall (Sept-Nov). This program is designed for artists interested in developing their studio practice and honing technical skills. Visiting Artists will be provided with a furnished apartment near Sloss Furnaces, casting materials, and 24-hour studio access in Sloss' historic casting shed. Visiting Artists are expected to have a final exhibition at The 600 at the conclusion of their residency. The majority of the work is to be displayed for up to a year, with the option to sell throughout the exhibition. Artists are expected to donate one piece from their residency to Sloss Furnaces' permanent collection.

The City of Grand Junction and the Grand Junction Commission on Arts and Culture are seeking an artist and/or graphic designer to create an original mural design for the Natatorium at the new Community Recreation Center. The design should include water elements and utilize the color palette in the site details of this call. The final submission will be a digital design file that will be printed and installed by another vendor.

Echoes of Ice is an international exhibition exploring Iceland's glaciers through diverse creative expressions. To be held online and in Skaftafell National Park throughout the summer of 2025, it responds to the UN's International Year of Glaciers' Preservation by inviting creatives and scientists to show case work that reflects on the past, present, and future of these landscapes.

In this grant program, the Jonathan and Barbara Silver Foundation’s goal is to encourage and support sculptors as well as writers on sculpture, both emerging and established.

The JBSF offers one $20,000 grant per year.

The JBSF grant program operates on a 2-year cycle with alternating grants that support writing in even years and sculpture in odd years. Applications are now open for the sculpture grant. The next writing grant application will be available in 2026.

Funds will go toward creating a work or a body of work that is essential to the artist’s development and a contribution to sculpture as a field.

The sculpture grant is specifically for an artist who demonstrates an exceptional commitment to sculpture that includes an informed and imaginative engagement with its materials, histories, and situation.

The writing grant is specifically for a writer who generates fresh writing and thinking on the history, aesthetics, purposes, imagination or situation of sculpture.

The grant recipient is expected to complete the project within one year of receiving the award.

Building on the legacy of previous iterations, Jaipur Art Week Edition 5.0 launches an Open Call, inviting artists and creatives to share innovative proposals for new work that will encourage meaningful and open dialogue and collaboration. The Olympic Heritage | Artists in Residence programme provides artists with a unique experience and unparalleled access to museum collections, mentorship, expert support and resources to create innovative, boundary-pushing digital art inspired by Olympic history.
Two artists will be selected by an esteemed and prestigious international jury for a two-month residency. The resulting artworks and artists’ digital diaries (films) will be selected and accessioned into the permanent collections of QOSM (Doha residency) and the Olympic Museum (Swiss residency), as part of a growing body of Olympic art in each institution.
Their international jury will assess artists' proposals based on their creativity, technical skill, and the strength of their ideas to redefine sports culture through digital innovation.

This is for an upcoming call for artists to attend Farm Studio in January and February 2026. Farm Studio International Artist Residency is located in a rural community in India. Residents stay and create in a quiet art centre and beautiful environment where they can develop their artwork free from accustomed distractions. There, collaboration and experimentation is encouraged. Relationships form between the artists coming from different countries and varied social, cultural, and artistic backgrounds.
