Lucent Aura

"LUCENT AURA" hovers between representational and abstraction. I play with geometric shapes - mainly rectangles - using color, pattern, detail and light/shadow to break up the space into a recognizable urban scene. The title refers to the luminescent light that gives the painting a greenish glow, setting the mood, or aura, into one of contemplative calm.
