Chromatic Awards is an international competition of color photography open to both professionals and amateurs. Participation in the Chromatic Awards offers not only prestige, but also the opportunity to win extra money for the development of passion.

As such, every professional and amateur photographer from every corner of the world is invited and urged to participate in the 8th edition of this international prestigious photographic competition dedicated to color photography where 20 categories will be adjudicated by an international jury composed of magazine editors, gallery curators, professional agents and other industry professionals.

Launched in 2025 and based in Berlin, this annual photography grant aims at supporting FLINTA artists (female, lesbian, inter, non-binary, trans, agender). Fusion Art announces the Everything Abstract 2025 Art Competition.

For this competition, both 2D and 3D artists, worldwide, are invited to submit their best nonobjective or nonrepresentational art. All artists, regardless of location or experience, are encouraged to submit their best abstract art and photography using any subject matter and any media.

The Holiday Art Competition is jointly presented by The Delaplaine Arts Center (the Delaplaine) and the Holiday Committee, a sub-committee of Celebrate Frederick Inc., a private, non-profit corporation working in partnership with the City of Frederick. Play Frisco Cultural Affairs seeks two-dimensional artworks by artists living in the state of TX and who are over the age of 18 for this annual "Winter Art Show" exhibition that thematically or conceptually relates to wintertime. This exhibition celebrates one of the four seasons through artwork that represents or suggests anything related to winter, such as snowy birch trees, snowflakes, holidays, wintry woodlands and creatures, winter-time activities and sports, frozen landscapes, aurora borealis, snow-capped mountains, etc. All two-dimensional artistic media will be considered. The Hopper Prize is accepting entries for Fall 2025 artist grants. For this open call, they have increased grant amounts to $4,500. They will be providing 6 grants totaling $13,000 USD. This is an international open call. All media is eligible. Their open call provides you with a direct path to get your work in front of an international community of curators, artists, gallerists, and arts administrators. In addition to grants, 30 artists will be selected for a shortlist. The City of Wichita invites professional artists and artist teams with a demonstrated history of completing permanent outdoor public art projects to submit their qualifications for a $25,000 public art commission for outdoor murals at O.J. Watson Park. The start of this project is scheduled to begin in late 2025. It is anticipated that the execution of the art will be completed in the middle of 2026. The Victorian Artists Society announces 2025 Major Prize $17,000, the Hylton Mackley Artist of the Year Award. VAS invites new and existing members to enter the VAS Seasonal Select Exhibitions and be eligible for peer selection into this prestigious Artist of the Year Award. RAISE YOUR ZINE! is an annual photography competition organized by THE DOCKS, a cultural association specializing in photographic publishing and promoting emerging authors. Artist-in-residence SAIKONEON was established in April 2019, aiming to provide a space for research, creation and exchange of knowledge for various artists and designers of various boundaries. SAIKONEON is located less than two hours away from Tokyo under the magnificent natural environment of Mount Fuji, with a facility on the shores of Lake Saiko in Yamanashi Prefecture.

The major new artwork is sought for the Mathematics and Statistics Common Room at the University of Illinois. It will be a mostly two-story 2,000 SF room with dramatic views of campus and will be housed in the new Illini Hall currently being built in Champaign, Illinois. This room will be a multipurpose gathering space for the faculty and graduate students of the Departments of Mathematics and Statistics and will serve as both the social and intellectual center of these two departments.
