Artificial intelligence quickly transforms every aspect of society, notably in art and biotechnology. With the advent of generative data and machine learning algorithms, scientists can train computers to identify patterns and trends in vast amounts of data much faster than ever. AI has given artists new tools to work with and has changed how they think about their work. As AI continues to evolve, its impact on the world will likely only grow.
Chimaera Gallery is seeking art submissions from artists working with artificial intelligence to address concepts and themes relating to the relationship of humans to our natural (and quickly evolving) world.

Abandoned is an exhibition exploring abandoned and rediscovered objects, spaces, and structures. A popular genre in the photographic world is the trend of urban exploration ("urbex") — the exploration of abandoned or forgotten places to document the narrative of those who lived or worked there. Through the captured image, we can glimpse the ephemeral nature and memory of ourselves and our surroundings and preserve them before being lost to time and place. What do these structures and objects convey about society as we leave them to decay? What is the essence of time and place, and what-or whom-are we abandoning?
Abandoned is an international juried group exhibition open to photographers ages 18 years and older. All black and white, color, conventional, non-traditional photographic, and digital post-production processes are welcome for submission.

In this exhibition, we seek to explore what Power is.
Is it a physical meaning, or is strength something internal?
Does being strong mean having an advantage over someone and being the first, or is it about willpower when a person has almighty patience and goes step by step to his goal?
Does power have gender, man’s superiority over nature, or do time and age affect power?
Everyone has their own truth. Let’s think about the meaning of power and show our own vision in this exhibition!

Abrazo or embrace is a new call for art and was born out of a desire to celebrate (and embrace) an even broader community of artists during this 10th year of Verum Ultimum. It will push the boundary of what is possible. Every artist that enters this call for art is guaranteed to have 1 work accepted. It will be Verum's biggest exhibition to date and will serve to celebrate the depth of talent and vision within Verum's sphere. Verum Ultimum has exhibited thousands of artists over the past ten years with juried exhibitions that customarily feature between 45 and 75 artists per exhibit. Abrazo will embrace the entire pool of entries and will welcome the challenge of creating a cohesive voice from the plethora (it's one of the best parts of the process, making it come together visually, and thematically). This exhibition will vibrate with energy, celebration, and acceptance. Verum looks forward to embracing what comes in!

EXHIBITION: PENETRATE CALLING FOR ARTISTS!!!
This is a group exhibition.
EXHIBITION THEME
In today's ever-connected world, polarization has become a concerning issue, stifling the diversity of thought and hindering the free exchange of ideas. People are getting more and more drawn to echo chambers where they reinforce their own beliefs and shut out alternative viewpoints. Ideas are pushed to extreme ends, passing through the fact that it should be focused on, and leaving no room for nuanced and open-minded discussions. What is the appropriate way to express a controversial opinion? Where is the borderline to express any opinion without censorship or restraintment?
One of the prevailing characteristics of this generation is that people tend to be highly sensitive to ideological and moral values. They also feel a growing pressure to conform to the prevailing public opinions. This creates an atmosphere where individuals feel compelled to align themselves with a particular ideology, even if it doesn’t fully reflect their own personal convictions and people start to give up their genuine thoughts and beliefs.

Call For Entry: The Narrative
International Submission Deadline: May 15th, 2023 11:59 PM PST
Narrative art is a powerful means to explore and express aspects of the human condition. A narrative can tell stories about a wide range of subjects, recount tales from religion, myth, legend, history, and literature, or examine existential questions, such as the meaning of life, death, and the nature of reality. A well-crafted narrative can transport us to another time and place, entertain, educate, and inspire or help us to view the world in a new way, reminding us of our shared humanity and the beauty of the world around us. Tell us, what's your story?
The Narrative is an international juried group exhibition open to artists ages 18 and older. All forms of two-dimensional, traditional, and non-conventional art media (e.g., digital and film photography, oil, watercolor, acrylic, mixed media, collage, drawing media such as graphite, charcoal, pencils, pen and ink, arts and crafts, etc.) are welcome for submission.
