The Lamoille River winds it's way from Horse Pond in Greensboro Vermont all the way to Lake Champlain. All along that stretch are wonderful views, and good painting. This particular view is from a pullout along Route 15 north of Jeffersonville. The trees nearest you as you stand at this high vantage point block a bit of the view so I exercised my creative license and removed them from the painting, given the viewer a less obstructed peak at this beautiful stretch of river.
