The Return was my explosive homecoming. I was off from painting for over a year, travelling the world, camping, working as a farmhand, and the usual planting trees in British Columbia. I had a lot to say with this one, and I wanted to return showing off everything I have become artistically and as a young man. The link is a video I made with some friends about the creation of this large piece. Some of the themes are classic BiZY, with many new techniques and tools coming together to launch me into the newest and most current phase of my artistic career. "The Return" was made over the course of a month. Acrylic, spray paint and oil-based paint markers on composite. Featuring themes from the Disney movie "lady and the tramp."
