Another shift in styles came out around this time. Geometrics, street art, modernism and pure abstraction began to emerge from my paintings in this time. I also started sectioning off the canvas to make smaller paintings within the entire composition while also considering the importance of white space. The challenge then is to blend the smaller paintings together to work cohesively in the larger scale. "Pay me in knowledge" was an experimental piece, one that laid the ground works for other paintings that came out in this time.
