Brandon "BiZY" Botten
Through Desolation Comes Rebirth by Brandon "BiZY" Botten Image: Taking over a year off from painting, you have a lot you need to reflect on. If "The Return" was my joyous happy return to art, this piece was my more sombre, reflective piece looking back at my previous year filled with despair, confusion and frustration. "The Return" launched me forward to new beginnings, but TDCR acknowledges where I was during the beginning of the lockdown, where I couldn't look past the current moment, my horizon was hazy.
Thank God I am where I am now.
