Can I try Artwork Archive for free?

Of course! We have a 14 day free trial with no strings attached and no credit card required. Sign up for free here.

Will I be locked into a contract?

No. Cancelling your subscription is easy. Simply contact us and we'll cancel your subscription for you. It is as easy as that!

What methods of payment do you support?

We accept all major credit cards.

When will my credit card be charged?

If you pay for the monthly plan, you will be charged the day you subscribe and every month after that.

If you pay for the annual plan, you will be charged the day you subscribe and on the same date each following year.

How can I upgrade?

You can upgrade your account at any time. To change your plan, log in and go to your Account settings. Click “Upgrade Now” on the plan of your choice. Once selected, the new plan will go into effect immediately.

Your previous payment will be applied toward your new plan and your plan will be prorated for the remainder of the year.

Can I add additional users?

Yes. The Master, Premier, or any of the Organization Plans allow for additional users. Simply add or remove users at any time from your Account. You can also assign users “view-only” status.

Do you have any discounts for nonprofits or educational institutions?

Yes! We're happy to offer a 30% lifetime discount to qualified nonprofit organizations and academic institutions. Please contact us for more information. You will need to provide a copy of your 501(c)3 status at the time you apply.
