Arkansas Tech University offers a five-month artist residency supported by the Windgate Charitable Foundation. The program advances practicing artists' careers while presenting them as role models for the university community. The resident creates a permanent public artwork for the ATU campus, either a mural or free-standing sculpture. Residents engage with the campus community through guest lectures, public talks, student mentorship, and may teach one course. The program requires artists with significant exhibition records and sustained studio practice. Applications or questions should be emailed to: Lynnette Gilbert, [email protected]
