Celebrating its 29th“Best of America” National Juried Exhibition, the National Oil & Acrylic Painters’ Society (NOAPS) invites oil and acrylic painters 18 years of age or older from all across North America to apply to our exhibit. This exhibition will open on September 27, 2019 at the Montgomery Lee Fine Art Gallery in Park City, Utah. Thirty cash and sponsor recognitions and awards will be given totaling over $25,000 including the Best of Show $5000 in cash. The annual 2019 NOAPS membership of $50 is required and it may be obtained when entering the exhibit. Entry fee $30 for first image and $10 for additional images up to a maximum of 5.
