SET Film Festival is a grassroots platform for contemporary, artist and archival film that presents experimental practices and emerging voices outside conventional exhibition contexts. The festival accepts short films across all genres including animation, documentary, drama, experimental cinema, essay film and artists' moving image. Selected filmmakers receive screening fees and benefit from dedicated promotion across SET's channels. Films are presented as part of curated, themed screening programmes with opportunities for Q&As and discussions.
