The 29th Annual Powderhorn Art Fair (PAF) is a Fine Arts and Fine Crafts Upper Midwest Regional Art Fair. Set in Powderhorn Park, a pastoral 66-acre city park, 186 artists circle around the tree-lined Powderhorn Lake.
The Powderhorn Art Fair attracts artists from more than twenty states and 200 cities making it a local and regional favorite. The Fair welcomes thousands of attendees to shop with artists, experience activities, enjoy local food trucks and a beer garden.
The Powderhorn Art Fair uplifts and supports local artists. There are separate areas from the Main Exhibitors for local artists that include a Community Showcase, Group Exhibitors and Youth Showcase.
An indoor artists' lounge is available in the park building and opens only to showing artists, staff and volunteers. It includes air conditioning, free food and beverages, indoor restrooms and is ADA compliant. There is also a convenience tent for artists offering water and coffee in the Northwest area of the park.

On Saturday during the fair, judges will review artist's work on-site. Scores will determine award recipients and the corresponding participation incentive to next year’s show.
First, Second, Third Place, Honorable Mention, and Spirit of Powderhorn recipients will be invited back with jury and booth fee waived (large booth fee extra).
20 invitational award winners will be invited back with jury fee waived but must pay a booth fee
This art fair is a collaboration between the Powderhorn Park Neighborhood Association (PPNA) and the Minneapolis Park and Recreation Board (MPRB). Proceeds from the Powderhorn Art Fair go toward programs that help strengthen the community.
