The City of Odessa and Odessa Arts are collaborating to select artwork by local artists to be displayed in the Community Art Gallery, located on the fifth floor of City Hall in Odessa. Selected works will be displayed in council chambers and various other locations on the fifth floor from August 1, 2018 through July 31, 2019. Artwork must follow guidelines adopted by City Council, must be assembled and ready to hang on delivery to the City of Odessa. At the conclusion of the exhibit, the City of Odessa may exercise it's privilege to purchase one of the pieces to grow it's permanent collection.
