The City of St. Catharines invites professional mural artists and artist-led teams to design a large mural for the Ontario Street Parking Garage facade as part of its 150th anniversary celebrations. The commission, titled A Love Letter to a City, draws on the city's history, communities and future. Shortlisted artists integrate an element of a poem by the city's Poet Laureate into their concepts.
