This is the second year for this pastel competition and exhibition in Postfalls ID. We will be accepting 80 works of art in the medium of "pastel" Pastel mediums include oil pastel, soft-medium-hard dry pastel on any surface. Does not include encaustic paintings.
• Open to any and all pastel artists.
• Artwork MUST be available for sale.
• All work must be original in concept and executed by the artist in the pastel

• No instructor-assisted (hands-on) work is eligible.
• Mixed media pieces must be 80% predominately pure pigment (soft) pastel.
• Work must be originally drawn, not from digital projection or created on top of a
base photo/print.
