Spanish Inscription: “El dia 16 se Septiembre de 1904 estando en cama de una enfermedad intestinal y sin esperanza de vida, invoque de todo corazón al Sr. del Sacromonte quien me dio mi alivio y en acción de gracias dedico el presente en su templo.”

English Translation: “On the 16th day of September of 1904, being in bed with an intestinal disease and without hope of life, I wholeheartedly invoked the Señor del Sacromonte who gave me my relief and in thanksgiving I dedicate the present in his temple.”
