Spanish Inscription: “En el año de 1875, Doña Ysidra Delgado, se enfermo gravemente de flujo de sangre; sin embargo de los remedios eficaces a la enfermedad, no sentía Alivio; y perdiendo la esperanza de aliviarse, e invoco al Señor del Sacro Monte que en pocos días recuperó su salud, y en acción de gracias le dedica este Retablo cuyo flujo era, que arrojaba bastante sangre por boca y narices con temeridad.”

English Translation: “In 1875, Ms. Ysidra Delgado fell seriously ill with blood flow, however of the known remedies of this disease, she did not feel relief, and she was losing hope of getting relief, and she invoked the Señor del Sacro Monte who in just a few days recovered her health, and in action of gratitude she dedicates this Retablo to him, whose secretion was, a lot of bleeding pouring out of the nose and mouth in a extreme way.”
