Spanish Inscription: “Da. Guadalupe Muños fué atacáda de un ataque que duró ocho días privada y (cu?) ferma de la vista, e invocado al Sor. del Sacromonte restableció su salud. Agosto de 1878.”
English Translation: “Mrs. Guadalupe Muños was stricken with an attack that lasted eight days deprived and with bad eyesight invoking the Señor del Sacromonte she restored her health. August of 1878.”
