Spanish Inscription: “En el mes de Octubre de 1883 se enfermo de una inchason en la cara Doña Guadalupe Ugalde y duro quinse dias para rreventarle ile iso tres vocas una en la cara otra en la garganta y en el pecho y duro tres meses la supurasion. asta invoco a este dia i Señor Sano y en acsion de grasias pone este rretavlo”

English Translation: “In the month of October 1883 Madam Guadalupe Ugalde fell ill with a swelling in the face and it lasted fifteen days to burst and it made three mouths, one on the face and another in the throat and in the chest and it lasted three months to overcome.
