Every year for the past five years I have participated in the Jericho Plein Air Event. Some of those paintings you can see here. This year (2018) I painted in a new location on the Davis Farm. The only problem was, I loved the dirt track that ran down through the fields towards the river, but also the Davis Farm buildings. However the two did not present themselves together in the same view. So for this peice I used my creative license and moved the farm to the top of the hill looking up the dirt track. With only 5 hours to paint, in the hot sun, with a herd of cows visiting on occasion I painted this little piece. I think I will go back and ask permission to paint on the farm again as there are many more views worthy of a painting.
