How Does your Garden Grow can be interpreted on many levels. For me the garden is something that needs to be nurtured on a daily basis and ultimately is an expression of love and deference. In the composition there are references to classic paintings, integrating angels and temples, but rather than seen as symbols of holiness, they are meant to be interpreted metaphorically.
