My art practice challenges social and linguistic constructs in the United States through precisely crafted artworks organized into collections.
MessageThis work frames satire as indictment. Jimmy Kimmel’s punchline—offering citizenship and a presidential pardon in exchange for a million dollars—becomes less joke than policy summary when placed inside a decorative, domestic border. The floral pattern softens the brutality of a system where wealth functions as legal absolution, echoing Trump’s proposed “Gold Card” visa that fast-tracks status for elite investors. By embalming late-night humor in a keepsake-like frame, the piece exposes how corruption is normalized through spectacle, converting citizenship from civic bond into luxury commodity and justice into something purchasable.
