Night Out
Pastel on Uart paper, street scene is at nighttime after most shops have closed and the nightclubs open.
The scene gives a feeling of disconnect from the social group, a feeling often associated with social anxiety. I finished this piece just before the pandemic started as I waited for a family member during therapy appointments.
