Cloudform No. 7 continues Elena Vos’s exploration of light as a sculptural material. Cast in resin and treated with a pearlescent finish, the work radiates shifting tones of white, silver, and faint spectral color depending on the viewer’s angle. Its biomorphic, cloud-like form blurs the boundary between object and atmosphere, sculpture and environment. Evoking the ephemerality of a passing sky formation, the piece anchors light in matter while inviting the viewer to move around it, watching form dissolve into reflection.
