The character I am going for in this piece is one with a thick outer shell, hyper protective of revealing who they truly are on the inside. Their blank stare reveals little, their boxy jaw and chiseled contours are build up like armour, protecting the subject from any successful analysis. A character who is difficult to get a read on. Hard to connect with and tough to trust, many a folk steer clear of this seemingly hard-assed individual, not bothering to consider the life behind those bleak eyes, the soft white underbelly of this immoveable force.
