Along the Lamoille River in Jeffersonville, just over the bridge to go North on Route 108, there is a pullout. This area offers a number
of nice painting opportunities and in the fall when the leaves are in full color the combination of foliage and reflections is impossible to resist.
It can be hard to find the balance between depicting the full spectrum of colors while not having the painting become an oversaturated mess with too much to take in. The river and the rock outcropping helped with this composition, providing a little relief from the onslaught of color.
