Girls and Dogs Image: “Girls and Dogs” is part of the “One Life” series, which are artworks utilizing historical imagery in themes of family life, childhood and self reflection. I used transfer techniques, pen, pencil and markers. The imagery was collected through a friend’s family albums which were about to be thrown away. I salvaged and created several pieces. This is one of them. I am drawn to the images what looks like family pets and the posed images.
