The pinhole camera produces a soft close up cactus image sweep through by painted light sensitive emulsion. This is printed on rice paper using Van Dyke Brown historic photographic process. Offered as a print and can be framed. Using historic Van Dyke Brown printing these Cactus Window pieces are in the collection “Worship of Precious-Cactus.” Produced with a hand made pinhole camera the lens effect adds a fun and unique perspective. Created during my employment as a photographic support staff in a science bio optics lab housed in a basement I appreciated the sunken windows at the back of the lab, using them to produce art..
