Dragonflies express transformation and emergence. “Mythic Animals” are humorous, compassionate and strong. Child-like in process and formed with no judgment of self or end result. Like all of Susan’s artwork the imagery connects to a deep interior self. In the “Mythic Animals” the self is ancient with knowledge of primordial symbols, drawing in an ageless manner and always connecting with nature’s animal spirit.
