This newly completed work belongs to a pair within Antar's Conversations series, alongside a companion in purple marble currently in progress. Carved from a single piece of blue alabaster, the figure is rendered in two registers: smooth geometric planes meeting rough, untouched stone where the crystalline matrix remains exposed. The figure appears to recline against itself, the polished and raw passages held in quiet dialogue. Together with its purple counterpart, the work continues the series' inquiry into presence and accompaniment, two figures at different attitudes occupying the same shared silence.
