ARTIST: GORDON LINDSEY

STATEMENT: Spending more time closer to home has allowed me more time in the studio and also the opportunity to revisit the books in my art library. I have spent a lot of time with the drawings of Van Gogh which this piece is based on. The grove of trees in his neighborhood suggested lace curtains to me so I took a liberty.
