Paris abounds with painted, historical glass shop windows. Sadly, they are becoming a lost art but many still remain even today as many are historically preserved. They help to tell the story of Paris. By simplifying the background reflections, I created a backdrop for the genuine gold-leafed painting to give it the illusion that it is on glass. To give the viewer the full feeling of the glazed window, a wood-like frame was also painted.
