Hand embroidered by the Embroiderers Guild of WA, ‘Joondalup City’ employs a variety of embroidery techniques. The work’s composition is broken into scenes depicting the multiple natural and urban environments that make up the City of Joondalup. Accompanying the graphical elements is a poem about the City, embedded within a scroll.

This artwork was donated to the City of Joondalup in 2002 by the Embroiderers Guild of WA.
