This small embroidered piece references traditional women's work in a clever and playful way. The artist uses the slow and deliberate methodology of needlework to reinterpret a found shopping list that was discarded at Lakeside Shopping Centre, investing new value to the act of shopping and going about our daily lives. This work was part of a greater body of work in which the artist created small fabric artworks based on tiny discarded things such as cigarette butts and train tickets. She was also selected to exhibit at the Joondalup Art Gallery in 2016 as part of the City's Arts in Focus programme.
