I really enjoyed making this series of joyous pictures of early spring anemones. The pink petals shone like silk in sunshine and the near-black central boss stood proudly. Very delicate and very strong. I decided to opt for large scale with a touch of retro 'pop art'. In this version the flower has become a set of shapes verging on an abstract with a child-like feel.
This is a one off archival quality print that can be delivered as either flat print ready for framing, or a stretch canvas which requires no frame.
