Message
The first of two sketches made on the same day during my pandemic sketching journal of one plant growing. This version is a simple faithful rendition of the sketch as a dark chocolatey brown on a warm chestnut brown background.

- Signature: The limited editions are printed individually and come with a certificate of authenticity which is signed. A vector signature (handwriting placed bottom left, vertically) is what I use on all my digital artworks, generally in green.

This is one of a pair of pieces based on sketch 6 in my pandemic journal. In this one a single image of the young plant stands with the confidence of the young, upright, balanced and untouched by thought of fading. I used warm, earthy tones that speak more of autumn and maturity and so the work telescopes time in a way.
