For most people, Ninepipe National Wildlife Refuge is no more than a turnout along the road; they just drive past, maybe glancing out the window. But for a photographer, it offers plenty of waterfowl and beautiful sunsets. At the time of the year when the water begins to diminish, the cuts and turns in the marshes are incredible.
