heart’s determination to fully incline towards God. The intricate pattern is inspired by the
dual-level mosaic tile work from the Courtyard of the Maidens at the Alcázar Palace in
Seville. This design unfolds into four-fold symmetry at both levels. The number four
represents cosmic order and stability, reflected in the four phases of the moon, the four
cardinal directions, the "four corners of the earth," the four seasons, and the four
primordial elements.
