River of Ages
Sphere 2-16
16 x 16 x 16 cm
Stone
A sphere shaped by time’s own current — rounded pebbles of ochre, rust-red, black, and cream, each smoothed by ancient rivers and bound together in a single timeless form. The surface shimmers as though still wet from the flow, carrying whispers of shorelines, floods, and slow geological turning.

Stone Map Guide:
🪨 Red Jasper – rich iron-stained stones recalling river-worn clay banks, adding warmth and vitality.
🪨 Golden-Ochre Jasper – sandy, sun-baked tones that speak of dry riverbeds and desert winds.
🪨 Cream Quartzite & Pale Agates – softly polished stones like pale river pebbles, offering calm contrast among the warm hues.
🪨 Charcoal & Black Basalt / Flint – dense, dark stones, the shadows in the river’s depth.
🪨 Fossil Jasper & Speckled Stones – textured surfaces hinting at shells and ancient sea-life now locked in stone.
✨ Clear Resin Finish – giving the piece a water-washed sheen, as though the river has only just receded.
This stone sphere emerges as an archetypal symbol of feminine energy—encompassing shelter, protection, and the quiet strength that sustains life.
This sphere becomes more than an object; it is a meditation on the primal connections that bind us to the earth and to our ancestors. It holds within its form the paradoxical qualities of strength and nurture, permanence and transformation. A timeless creation, it reflects the enduring feminine force that weaves through nature, offering both grounding stability and the possibility of renewal.
