Diefenbaker Park, nestled along the picturesque banks of the South Saskatchewan River in Saskatoon, offers an array of attractions including a sprawling tobogganing hill, meandering walking paths, and an abundance of native trees and shrubs. I seized the opportunity in February to embrace the unseasonably warm temperatures with an afternoon plein air excursion.
Basking in the sunlight beneath a canopy of blue sky, it was a delightful experience to immerse myself in nature while capturing the park's scenic beauty with paint.
