Lovers Entwined: Carved out of a rare block of mint-colored Yule marble discovered in Marble, Colorado while I was at a symposium in 2012. I immediately rough-cut the stone at Marble/marble as the image appeared to me, and even though it took me hundreds of hours to refine, I knew from the start what I wanted to create from this gorgeous hunk of marble.
