- Scott "Toobz" Noel
- The World is a Village - HISTORIC, 2013
Where his vegetable mural is now featured, there once was a mural that Toobz created several years ago called The World is a Village. This mural showed an appreciation for all types of people who make a difference in the community with Pearl Fu and James Tarpley featured. This mural was part of the Roanoke Art Mural Project (RAMP), which Mim Young led in efforts to bring more art to the area.
