Hosted by Riverdale Village Roanoke was a 90-day pop-up Free Wall made available by Riverdale Arts and Rec. Roanoke street artists and writers were encouraged to work on the Free Wall that was located on Building 3’s concrete base and ramp. Riverdale Village is a transformative project in SE Roanoke that is bringing the area that was once known as the American Viscose Plant back to life.
