The statue of Franco Harris was created by The Senator John Heinz History Center. Harris was a running back for the Pittsburgh Steelers. He is depicted here mid the infamous "Immaculate Reception" of 1972. Since arriving at the airport, the statue is one of the most popular works and highlights the expansive sporting history of Pittsburgh. This piece was made in 2006.
