This mural was commissioned by the Northfield Public Library to brighten the small "Library Oasis" branch located within the Northfield Community Resource Center. The mural starts indoors and extends to the end of the exterior patio wall to create a sense of a unified space. The mural depicts landscapes which are evocative of South America and Minnesota. SEMAC activities are made possible by the voters of Minnesota through grants from the MN State Arts Board thanks to a legislative appropriation from the arts & cultural heritage fund.
